- Badezimmer ohne Waschmaschine, aber Anschluß vorhanden
- 7 min. zu Fuß zur Uni oder zehn min. in die Innenstadt
- Hofgarten (der englische Garten Bayreuths) in 10 sek. erreichbar (wenn die Ampel grün ist!)
- Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür, Linie Richtung Uni und Stadt
- Freibad und Supermarkt in 5 min. erreichbar
- nette Hausbewohner, alle sehr jung (zum Teil nur Studenten), d.h. eine längere Party ist auch mal drin
