The room is quite spacious, it has the high ceiling, partly painted walls with some poetry written on them. There is the bad, two tea tables, the big table, the IKEA-like wardrobe, a couple of chairs plus some extra space for keeping your clothes. From the big window you can see another red-brick building and super beautiful blooming trees with some white flowers during the spring.
There are overall 3 rooms in the WG, the toilet and the bathroom are connected, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly need. The room is located on the 1st floor.
The price for the room is 265 euros, there is 300 euros deposit and I would also like to charge 200 euros for the furniture (there is a very comfortable orthopaedic mattress), but this question can be discussed.
In 3 minutes there is a bus stop 'Wittelsbacherring' where a bus takes you super fast to the Campus. It is 10 minutes walk to the city centre and 20-25 minutes walk to the campus. In less than 10 minutes you can achieve Röhrensee, in 15 minutes - Studentenwald.
The street is also only for parking and cars don't really ride through that frequently - so it is perfect for longboarding, for example (if anyone interested) and not so noisy.
In 10 minutes to walk there are either Rewe or Netto, also there is Edeka nearby. Going by bike is also cool - you can go either through Universitätsstraße or I prefer to go to the Uni Highway through Röhrense.
Our WG life so far was really enjoyable. I would be happy to live like that for some longer time, but my Master is completely over. We all are Philosophy&Economics students (me being a Master student and my flatmates being Master and Bachelor students), quite international (my flatmates are Italia and I am Russian), very chilled, studying a lot but also being glad to see each other and hang out together at the kitchen. Nevertheless, both of my flatmates can possibly move out around April, which means that you will have an opportunity to see or even find new people moving into WG.
I was highly satisfied by living in this WG. Contact me (either here or on Facebook) and I will be happy to show you the flat :)
