Die gemütliche 3er WG ist mit einer großen Küche, sowie einem kleinen Wohnzimmer, Bad und seperater Toilette ausgestattet.
Das 16qm Zimmer liegt in Richtung Badstraße im 1.OG des Hauses. Auch wenn die Straße trotz Innenstadtnähe eher ruhig ist, halten die Fenster jeglichen Lärm fern und man hat seine Ruhe. Schreibtisch, Regal und Sofa können bei Bedarf abgenommen werden, ist aber keine Bedingung.
Die Wohnung liegt nah am Hohenzollernring, was dir eine optimale Busanbindung garantiert, die Bushaltestelle ist von der Wohnung aus zu sehen und befindet sich maximal 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Innenstadt und Luitpoldplatz sowie ZOH sind in maximal 5- 7 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Zur Uni führen 2 Buslinien und ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 bis maximal 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Das WG Leben und das Leben im Haus im Allgemeinen ist, vor allem aufgrund der aktuellen Lage eher ruhig, jedoch kennt man sich innerhalb des Hauses und trinkt oder grillt auch mal zusammen. Deine potenziellen Mitbewohner sind Alex (4. Semester Sportökonomie) und PJ (4. Semester Philosophy and Economics und BWL), beide sind im allgemeinen ruhige aber auch nette und gesellige Mitbewohner, mit denen sowohl genug Privatsphäre als auch Gesellschaft hat.
