There will be 4 rooms empty in october. It´s a newly renovated flat with one Bathroom and a kitchen with plenty of room to cook and eat.
Die WG befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus an der Bahnhofsstraße. Zum Bahnhof sind es 20 Meter und in der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte zum Einkaufen. Die Universität ist mit dem Bus innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreicht und mit dem Fahrrad braucht man genau so lange.
The flat is in a Apartment building. It takes one minute to reach the train station. There are some supermarkets nearby. The university is only 15 minutes away by bus or bike.

Da die WG in den nächsten zwei drei Wochen leer sein wird, haben wir eine Voraussetzung:
Da wir das Objekt so schnell wie möglich wieder vermieten wollen, musst du dich nachdem du eingezogen bist darum kümmern, dass du WG Mitbewohner findest. Wer nach dir einzieht ist deine Entscheidung, da es ja mit dem WG Leben passen soll. Es wäre aber wünschenswert, wenn du innerhalb eines halben Jahres Mitbewohner finden könntest.

Since we want to rent the property again as soon as possible, you have to take care that you find wg roommates after you have moved in. Who moves in after you is your decision, because it should fit with the WG life. But it would be desirable if you could find roommates within six months.
