Liebe WG-Suchende, liebe WG-Suchender,
da ich ein Auslandssemester starte, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer für das kommende Semester unter.
Das Zimmer ist 23qm gross, die Wohnung im gesamten 130qm. Wir haben ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und einen recht grossen Flur, die Deckenhöhe beträgt 3,50 und die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hell :-)
Das Zimmer zeigt richtung Garten, es ist somit komplett ruhig.
Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden, sowie ein Balkon und ein Garten, den wir auf Absprache mitnutzen dürfen.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, Bushaltestelle ist direkt gegenüber, zur Uni sind es mit dem Rad 5min und die Innenstadt ist quasi um die Ecke.
Ein Rewe und ein netto sind ca 500m entfernt
Ich habe die WG vor zwei Jahren mit zwei Jungs (Dave & Jakob, zu sehen am letzten Bild) gegründet und wir führen ein soziales und sehr freundschaftliches WG-Leben. Die zwei Jungs studieren ebenfalls (Jura & Engineering Science) und freuen sich dich kennenzulernen!
