Wir vermieten das große und helle, "ehemalige" Wohnzimmer unserer 2er WG. Aktuell stehen noch ein großer Esstisch und ein Sofa drin. Das Sofa kann auch als Schlafsofa genutzt werden. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn beide übernommen würden.
Die Wohnung ist modern und vor knapp 5 Jahren komplett renoviert worden und ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Es gibt ein großes, weißes Bad mit Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es einen Keller, in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit Bahnhof und Innenstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß).
Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in in direkter Nähe vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist gut gedämmt, weshalb man von der Straße nicht viel hört.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Basti, 23 und studiert Mechatronik im Master, und Moritz, auch 23 Jahre alt und studiert Jura. Wir verstehen uns sehr gut und unternehmen auch gerne mal zusammen.
Basti zieht auch erst Ende September in die Wohnung ein, die WG in dieser Konstellation ist daher noch jung.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, ebenso das Halten von Haustieren.
