Es werden beide Zimmer in der WG frei. Ein Zimmer ist circa 15-20 qm groß, das andere circa 25 qm- Beide haben hohe Decken und ein großes Doppelfenster. Es ist schön hell und es kommt kein Lärm von der Straße rein. Die Zimmer sind nach Absprache möbliert.
In der Wg befindet sich neben Bad, einer Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kochutensilien etc. ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Couch. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen Garten.

Both rooms in the flat share are free. One room is about 15-20 square meters, the other about 25 square meters - both have high ceilings and a large double window. It is bright and there is no noise from the street. The rooms are furnished.
In the flat there is a bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils etc. and a living room with a big couch. There is a washing machine in the basement. We also have a small garden.

Das Appartment liegt zwischen Bahnhof und Oberfrankenhalle. In der unmittelbaren Nähe liegt eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10 min an der Uni und in 5 in der Innenstadt.

The apartment is located between the train station and the Oberfrankenhalle. A few steps away is a bus stop and a supermarket. By bike you can reach the university in 10 minutes and the city center in 5.

Da eine Bewohnerin aus Bayreuth wegzieht und die andere ins Ausland geht, werden ab circa Anfang September beide Zimmer in der Wg frei. Wir vermieten die Zimmer bis Februar 2023, danach könnte man sich, was das genau Auszugsdatum angeht, absprechen.
Optimal für Erasmus-Studenten, oder Leute, die neu nach Bayreuth ziehen und erstmal was zur Untermiete suchen.

Since one roommate is moving out of Bayreuth and the other one is going abroad, both rooms in the flat will be available from about the beginning of September. We rent the rooms until February 2023, after that we could discuss the exact date of moving out. The second room can be found at the following link:
