Das Zimmer ist circa 15-20 qm groß, hat hohe Decken und ein großes Doppelfenster. Es ist schön hell und es kommt kein Lärm von der Straße rein. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert.
In der Wg befindet sich neben Bad, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kochutensilien etc. ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Couch und genügend Platz für Wäscheständer o.ä. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.

The room is about 15-20 square meters, has high ceilings and a large double window. It is bright and quiet all day long. The room is completely furnished.
In the flat there is a bathroom, a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, several cooking utensils etc. and a living room with a big couch and enough space for clothes horse or similar. A washing machine is located in the basement.

Das Appartment liegt zwischen Bahnhof und Oberfrankenhalle. In der unmittelbaren Nähe liegt eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10 min an der Uni und in 5 in der Innenstadt.

The apartment is located between the train station and the Oberfrankenhalle. A few steps away is a bus stop and a supermarket. By bike you can reach the university in 10 minutes and the city center in 5.

Ich gehe ab dem 1. September ins Ausland und vermiete mein Zimmer deshalb für diesen Zeitraum. Was das genaue Ein- und Ausziehdatum angeht, kann man sich bei Bedarf gerne absprechen. Da meine Mitbewohnerin auch bald die Stadt verlässt, wird das zweite Zimmer ebenfalls in nächster Zeit frei.
Das Zimmer eignet sich optimal für Erasmus-Studenten, oder Leute, die neu nach Bayreuth ziehen und etwas für die Anfangszeit suchen.

I am going abroad from September 1 and therefore rent my room for this period. As for the exact move-in and move-out date, we can discuss if needed. Since my roommate is also leaving town soon, the second room will also become available in the near future.
Perfect for Erasmus students, or people who are new to Bayreuth and are looking for a first place to stay.
