Das Zimmer ist rießig und bietet, gerade in Zeiten wie diesen wo man eventuell eher an die Wohnung gebunden ist, viel Platz damit man sich entfalten und wohlfühlen kann. Nach Absprache würde ich es gerne möbiliert übergeben. Das heißt du könntest eine rießige Coach, ein Bett und ein Regal dein eigen nennen. Ein definitiver Pluspunkt des Zimmers ist seine Ausrichtung gen Südosten, d.h du kannst jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genießen und auch tagsüber bekommst du immer genug Licht.
The room is quite large and in times of Corona you have enough space to also work from home for example. I would be really glad if you would like to take some of the furniture. In case you already have furniture, that´s also fine:) The room faces towards the south which means that you can enjoy the sunrise whenever there are no clouds;)
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, insbesondere dann wenn du die Nähe zur Natur schätzt. Der Park des Festspielgebäudes ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und auch der Wald ist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem ist der Bahnhof mit dem Fahrrad in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, die Innenstadt ist von dort aus auch nicht mehr weit. Wir haben einen Edeka direkt um die Ecke, sodass der Brötcheneinkauf fürs Sonntagsfrühstück oder die fehlende Milch am morgen kein Problem darstellen. Wir haben außerdem einen Garten, den wir uns mit den anderen Hausmitbewohnern teilen:)
The location of the flat is really good especially if you love the nature cause the forest is within walking distance. The park of the ´Festspielhaus´ is also just around the corner. The trainstation is a 3 minute bike-ride away and the city center is reachable by bike in 5 minutes. An Edeka is right nextdoor which is really convenient. Moreover, we share a nice garden with the other residents of the building:)
