Hello!
I am a student attending Bayreuth, and I will be returning home. I would like to sublet my room at Frankengutsrasse from Juli 1st to September 30th, 2019. This is a student housing of Bayreuth University, as such I will only be subletting to students who will be matriculating or have matriculated to attend the university. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with my roommate who is a really kind person. Also, most students living here communicate in English, so you will not have trouble finding your ways around.
The Location is really great. It is about 3 min away to University campus on foot. There is also supermarkt very close to it.
The rent is normaly 187 Euro per month: But ı rent it for 150 Euro to find someone faster. ALL INKLUSIVE
