das Zimmer ist sehr schön hell und groß mit zwei Fenstern. Auf Wunsch können auch Möbel günstig übernommen werden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 250EUR, wobei darin 30EUR für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz beinhaltet sind, der zur Zeit jedoch untervermietet ist.
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem noch ein schönes Eingangzimmer mit Esstisch und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher. Von dort aus kommt man auch auf den Balkon.
Deine Mitbewohnerin steckt mitten im Jura Examen, weshalb sie auch Ruhe in der Wg braucht, um entsprechend Lernen zu können...
