ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Bevorzugt an angehende Lehrer/innen im Ref.
Ich selbst bin berufstätig, 28 Jahre alt, männlich und geschäftlich öfters auf Dienstreise.
In der Wohnung befindet sich eine super Küche mit Geschirrspüler und allem tam tam. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Duschwand. Das WC ist separat. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Diese könnt ihr gerne mit benutzen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10qm groß und sehr hell. Es ist teilmöbliert -> Schreibtisch und Regale für eure Sachen befinden sich bereits im Zimmer. Bei Bedarf kann ich euch einen Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung stellen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell.
Internet ist vorhanden -> 25.000er mit WLAN. Dürft ihr natürlich mit benutzen.
Festpreis: 350€ monatlich. Inkl Nebenkosten/ Strom/ Internet etc. -> Ihr habt die volle Kosten-Kontrolle.
Kaution: 350€
Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Geh-Minuten weit weg. In die Fußgängerzone sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss
