Hallo ihr Lieben,
unser größtes Zimmer wird nun frei! Es ist riesig, hat Parkett Boden und liegt im Keller des Hauses. Deshalb ist es schön kühl im Sommer und - Dank eines Heizkörpers - warm und gemütlich im Winter. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Couch mit Tisch) aber es gibt auf jeden Fall Platz für mehr, du kannst es also nach deinem eigenen Geschmack weiter einrichten.

Hello dear one,
our biggest room is now free! It is huge, has parquet floor and is located in the basement of the house. Therefore, it is nice and cool in summer and - thanks to an independent radiator - warm and cozy in winter. The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, couch with table) but there is definitely room for more, so you can furnish it further according to your own taste.
Die Lage ist ernst.
Zum Edeka und Nahkauf, sowie Apotheke, Bäcker und zwei Hausärzten kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 3 Minuten. Es gibt um die Ecke auch ein Dentallabor, falls das wichtig ist. Haltestelle Richthofenhöhe ist 2 Minuten entfernt (wenn man verpennt hat auch mal nur 20 Sekunden). Der Geschwister-Scholl-Platz, also der Medienwissenschafts-Campus, ist in so 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum normalen Campus geht's über den Fahrrad-Highway in 15-20 Minuten, mit dem Bus braucht man 20-25 Minuten. In die Stadt gehts mit dem Bus in 7 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad rollt es sich locker den Berg in wenigen Minuten hinunter.

The location is serious.
The Edeka and local supermarkets, as well as a pharmacy, bakery and two GPs are about 3 minutes' walk away. There is also a dental lab around the corner, if that is important. The Richthofenhöhe bus stop is 2 minutes away (or 20 seconds if you're late). Geschwister-Scholl-Platz, i.e. the media science campus, is about a 5-minute walk away. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the normal campus via the bicycle highway, and 20-25 minutes by bus. It takes 7 minutes by bus to get to the city and just a few minutes by bike to roll down the hill.
Wir sind die stolzen und gerechten Herrscher über eine Reihendoppelhaushälfte auf dem Roten Hügel. Wir haben nicht nur drei Stockwerke und eine Spülmaschine. Wir haben auch eine Terrasse, die sich ausgezeichnet zum Grillen, lesen und in der Hängematte liegen eignet. Zusätzlich ein großes Wohnzimmer zum Kickern, Fernsehen, Lebensmittel verköstigen, Löcher in die Wand starren und übers Leben philosophieren. Außerdem eine Garage für Fahrräder, einen Autostellplatz (generell gibt's viele Parkmöglichkeiten um das Haus rum) und einen Grünstreifen hinterm Haus, der laut Mietvertrag ein Garten ist und in dem wir fleißig Gemüse anbauen.
In unserem stolzen Herrenhaus wohnen neben dir, dem potenziellen Mitbewohner, noch fünf weitere Heldinnen und Helden. Drei deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen gehen ihrem Studium nach (Internationale Wirtschaft&Entwicklung, Geoökologie und Global History), Gözde macht eine Ausbildung zur Diätassistentin und Zaid arbeitet als tapferes Schneiderlein :)
Wir unternehmen viel zusammen, gehen in den Hofgarten, tanzen Salsa, spielen fangen, Guitarre und singen, lernen Mundharmonika, malen, basteln, lernen neue Sprachen, batiken, stricken, machen Aufstriche, kochen, unternehmen Ausflüge in der Region,.... und tauschen untereinander unsere Bücher aus. Um es kurz zu sagen, wir sind ein bunter Haufen lustiger Menschen die liebevoll miteinander zusammen leben und uns das auch für die Zukunft wünschen.

We are the proud and righteous rulers of a terraced house on the Red Hill. Not only do we have three floors and a dishwasher. We also have a terrace that is excellent for barbecuing, reading and lying in the hammock. In addition, a large living room for playing foosball, watching TV, eating food, staring holes in the wall and philosophising about life. There's also a garage for bicycles, a parking space for cars (generally there's plenty of parking space around the house) and an actual garden behind the house, where we grow our own vegetables!
In addition to you, the potential flatmate, five other heroes and heroines live in our proud mansion. Three of your future flatmates are pursuing their studies (International Economics & Development, Geoecology and Global History), Gözde is training to be a dietician and Zaid is working as a brave little tailor. :)
We do a lot together, we go to the courtyard garden, dance salsa, play catch, guitar and sing, learn harmonica, paint, do handicrafts, learn new languages, do batik, knit, make spreads, cook, go on excursions in the region and exchange our books with each other. To put it briefly, we are a colourful bunch of fun-loving people who live together lovingly and wish to do the same in the future.
