Hallo!
Ich habe zwar schon eine Wohnung in Bayreuth suche aber dringend nach einem Zimmer, in dem ich meine Doktorarbeit schreiben kann.
Sollte also Platz sein für großen Schreibtisch und Bücherregale (Das heimische Wohnzimmer ertrinkt schon in Büchern :-()
Wäre eine ruhige Untermieterin, die meist nur tagsüber da ist und an langfristig (3 Jahre) Mietverhältnis interessiert ist.
