Hallihallo,
in meiner super WG wird ein Zimmer frei, weil ich diese leider verlassen werde :'(.
Ich biete euch deshalb mein teilmöbliertes Zimmer (20m², einfacher Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, Schrank, Couch, etc.) zur Miete an. Das Bett muss leider mit ausziehen! Ihr bekommt das größte Zimmer in der WG ;-) Für die Übernahme der genannten Möbel hätte ich gerne 100€.
Wenn euer Interesse geweckt wurde, könnt ihr sehr gerne nach Vereinbarung mal vorbeischauen und euch selbst ein Bild machen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Hölderlin-Wohnanlage - besser geht es für Studenten kaum:
- ca. 7 min mit dem Rad in die Uni
- Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle "Studiobühne" 3-4 min
- Supermarkt nebenan
- Jet-Tanke mit Getränkemarkt nebenan
- Sehr ruhige Wohnanlage - keine Lärmmacher
- Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten
Die WG besteht momentan aus 3 Jungs und einem Mädel. Wir studieren alle unterschiedliche Studiengänge und sind deshalb selten zusammen in der WG... Wir sind:
-Andi (23, BWL)
- Maria (25, Lehramt)
- Sebastian (23, Mathe)
- Ich (23, Ingenieur)
Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer, wobei Bad, Küche, Flur und Toilette zusammen genutzt werden.
