The room is located in a renovated 110m2 old building apartment and becomes 1.6 free. It is square cut, has a large window to the balcony and is handed over unfurnished.
The apartment has 5 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with "kitchen half island" and is equipped with coffee machine, mixers to the ice machine with all kinds of kitchen utensils for any cooking session. Dishwasher, washing machine and oven are also available.
There is also a large balcony with high bed and barbecue, as well as our music/calsthenics/storage room or whatever you want to make of it. :
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer renovierten 110m² großen Altbauwohnung und wird zum 1.6 frei. Es ist viereckig geschnitten, hat ein großes Fenster zum Balkon und wird unmöbiliert übergeben.
Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche mit "Küchenhalbinsel" und ist von Kaffeemaschine, über Mixer bis zur Eismaschine mit allerlei Küchenutensilien für jegliche Kochsession ausgestattet. Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Backofen sind auch vorhanden.
Daneben gibt es noch einen großen Balkon mit Hochbeet und Grill, sowie unseren Musik-/Calisthenics-/ Lagerraum oder je nachdem was du noch daraus machen möchtest. :)
In front of the door is the bus stop Königsbergerstraße, which takes you directly to the ZOH and Central Station on several bus lines or with a stop to the university.
The bike will take you to the university via Wilhelminenaue and Uni Highway in 15min.
Right next door you will find Dm, Denns and Aral with a Rewe to go.
The Riedinger Center with Lidl, Edeka, Aldi uvm is located above the railway grits.
Vor der Tür befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Königsbergerstraße, welche dich auf mehreren Buslinien direkt zum ZOH und Hauptbahnhof oder mit einem Stopp zur Uni bringt.
Mit dem Rad kommst du über die Wilhelminenaue und den Uni Highway in 15min zur Uni.
Direkt nebenan findest du Dm, Denns und Aral mit einem Rewe to go.
Über den Bahngleisen ist das Riedinger Center mit Lidl, Edeka, Aldi uvm.
Domi, Tim and I are currently living in the WG. Aaron's coming soon.
Domi takes up to 1.6 and Tim is moving to another city for his master's degree in summer, which is why a second room will soon be free.

Aaron and I will be your new roommates. Aaron (23) starts next semester with Spöko, is a lot on the axis, in the gym, hike or even like to travel.
I am Luca (27, Lehramt Geo, Wiwi), I am passionate about my plants and our veggies, I am much climbing, hiking and cooking very much.
The WG life is quite relaxed with us. According to the motto: Everything can, nothing has to. Depending on the mood and understanding of all:)
We like to play a round of darts, cook or grill together, work on a veggie bed, drive away together or hang in the LGS.
Aktuell wohnen Domi, Tim und ich in der WG. Bald kommt noch Aaron dazu.
Domi zieht bis zum 1.6 aus und Tim zieht für sein Masterstudium im Sommer in eine andere Stadt, weshalb demnächst noch ein zweites Zimmer frei werden wird.
Also meldet euch auch gerne, wenn ihr zu zweit auf der Suche nach einer WG seid.

Wir spielen gern mal ne Runde Darts, kochen oder grillen zusammen, werkeln am Gemüsebeet, fahren gemeinsam weg oder hängen in der LGS.
