In unserer 3er WG an der Bahnhofstraße wird ab dem 1.09 ein Zimmer frei, das ca. 15 qm groß ist.
Die Miete liegt bei 350€ warm.
Das Zimmer ist halb möbliert und dazu gibt es noch ein großes Wohnzimmer in der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 7-10 Gehminuten von der Hochschule, sowie vom Edeka entfernt. Zum Bahnhof sind es nur 3 Minuten, also perfekt zentrale Lage.
Mit in der WG bleiben Alina (20) und Zoe (21). Wir studieren beide bald im 3. Semester Soziale Arbeit an der KSH. Wir würden uns über eine*n coole*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in freuen, Alter und Geschlecht ist egal.
Wir sind keine pure Zweck WG, machen gerne mal was zusammen, aber jeder hat natürlich auch seinen Freiraum.
