bin der Sven (30, Mediendesigner) aus Bensheim und suche ab März oder später eine oder einen neuen Mitbewohner/in zur Untermiete! Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 120 m² groß, mit Küche, Bad, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Flur und 3 Zimmern. Das freie Zimmer ist 12,5 m² groß. Die Warmmiete beträgt für das Zimmer 325 €, inkl. Internet und Strom.
Die Wohnung befindet sich recht zentral in der nähe vom Rathaus und den Gymnasien AKG und Goethe, eine Berufsschule ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenfalls Fußläufig erreichbar ist ein Elektromarkt und ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker. Die Polizei ist ebenfalls auch nur ein paar Meter schräg gegenüber vom Rathaus entfernt.
Da meine Katze in der WG ist solltest du keine Katzenhaarallergie haben. Bei Fragen oder Interesse bitte melden.
