Hello everyone,
I am subletting my room for a period of 3 weeks at the end of this month while I travel back home in Canada. The room is in a big apartment in Kreuzberg with two other roommates, a very cool and friendly couple in their thirties.
The room itself is around 9 square meters. It is small but it has everything you need, it is furnished, comfy and has a lot of light. The apartment is on the 5th floor, got a big balcony, 2 bathrooms, big living room and 3 bedrooms. The flat is fully furnished, there’s a TV, wifi, cleaning machine, dishwasher, bath and a shower. The neighborhood is also very nice and located 2 minutes from Bergmannstraße and Mehringdamm.
I am looking for someone nice, sociable, responsible, trustworthy, clean, mature and that will get along with my roommates, someone who could fit right in for those few days.
The rent for that period of time is 350 Euros everything included. For security reasons, I would kindly ask for a deposit of 150 Euros. I am leaving Berlin from august 28th until September 20th and I would like someone that can cover that full period if possible.
