Da mein Mitbewohner mit seiner Freundin zusammen gezogen, ist nun in meiner Wohnung zum 1.4.2017 ein Zimmer bzw. Wohnungsanteil frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster und ist unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in 97241 Bergtheim in einer ruhigen Straße, ca. 2 Min. zum Bahnhof, von welchem aus Sie mit Hilfe des Semestertickets in 15 Min am Würzburger Hauptbahnhof sind. Von dort aus fahren alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls im Ort ganz in der Nähe (Norma, Edeka, Bäcker, Apotheke, Ärzte…).
Zum Zimmer gehört noch eine gemeinsame Küche voll eingerichtet mit Essplatz und ein großes Bad mit Tageslicht und Waschmaschine.
Die gesamte vermietete Fläche sind ca. 35 qm zur Nutzung.
Die Küche, ist mit Herd, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine gut ausgestattet.
Esstisch und Stühle sind vorhanden.
Das Bad hat ein Fenster, eine Badewannen-Dusch-Kombi und außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
Die Gesamtmiete für den WG-Anteil beträgt 375,- € inkl. Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internetanschluss.
