Wir vermieten ein Zimmer in unserer wundervollen Altbau-WG. Das Zimmer ist ca. groß (28 m2), mit Parkettboden, hohen Decken, großen Fenstern und es ist (bei Bedarf) bereits teilmöbliert (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bett).
Über uns: Wir sind eine multi-kulti WG (🇩🇪🇫🇷) zwischen 28 und 40Jahren. Wir sind recht gesellig, respektieren aber auch geschlossene Türen. Da wir ungern in einer "Zweck-WG" leben wollen, suchen wir nach jemanden, der das WG-Leben schätzt & mag. Wir sitzen gerne Abends zusammen und gehen ab und an mal zusammen aus. Da wir alle berufstätig sind und nicht immer die gleichen Tagesabläufe haben, ist es tagsüber meistens eher ruhig in der WG. Du musst nicht unbedingt ein übertrieben reinlicher Mensch sein, aber wir finden es gut, wenn sich alle gemeinsam darum kümmern, Küche & Bad sauber zu halten.
Das Zimmer steht im ab dem 10.03 zur Verfügung (Zwischenmiete ist ebenfalls möglich).

We are subletting one room in our beloved shared flat. The room is quite big (28m2) and has already furniture included (closet, desk, bed).
About us: We (🇩🇪🇫🇷, between 28-40) are a quite social crowd, but also fully respect closed doors. As this is not a "Zweck-WG" we are looking for someone who appreciates WG life and is happy to take part in e.g. occasional dinner evenings. You don't have to be a super tidy person, but we appreciate, if you can take care of your dishes and contribute to keep common areas clean.
The room will be available from March 10h onwards (intermediate rent is a possibilty but we prefer to find someone for longterm).
We look forward to reading about you and possibly having a chat :)

We are near schonehauser allee, so everything is around, lots of good and rightly priced restaurant, transport from and to everywhere (u2, s41, s42, m1, m13).
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. Ecke Schönhauserallee mit Wisbyerstrasse.... Verkehrs –und Einkaufstechnisch liegt sie super (3min zu Fuß von U/S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee (M1, M13 Tram,50, mehrere Supermärkte + nette Restaurants...alles um die Ecke!).
We are usually 4 people living here, and we enjoy eating together in the evening, drinking beers sometimes, and playing some board games or cards. A chill and open person would be nice.
As it is two flats, there is two kitchens and bathroom so there is no issue with waiting in general ;)
Age should be around our age.
- Age: at least 25 / Alter: ab 25 jahre
- No Erasmus Student / kein Erasmus Student oder ähnliche Wg Einstellung...
- No Pets / keine Haustiere
