Hallo liebe Leute,
wir suchen queere Nachmieter*innen (keine cis Männer!) für ein Zimmer in unserer WG in Adlershof. Das Zimmer ist hell und morgens kommen immer die Sonnenstrahlen durch :). Die Straße ist eine Allee und wir sind von alten und neuen Häusern umgeben, die Aussicht ist also sehr schön, vor allem im Sommer. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, WLAN). Wir sind im Erdgeschoß also man darf laut Musik anmachen oder rumspringen ohne Beschwerden von Nachbarn ;) Außerdem befindet sich hinter dem Haus ein großer Garten, den man mitbenutzen und in dem man im Sommer die Wäsche trocknen und chillen kann.

Hey lovely people,
We are looking for new queer and non-cis male tenants for a room (12 m2) in Adlershof. The room is bright - in the morning the sun rays always come through :). The street is full of trees and we are surrounded by old and new houses, so the view is very nice, especially in summer. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi). We are on the ground floor so you can turn on loud music or jump around without complaints from neighbors ;) There is also a large garden behind the house, which is for shared use and where you can dry your laundry and chill in the summer.

Die Gegend ist ziemlich ruhig, mit wenig Straßenlärm. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Wald und Naturpark und ein paar schöne Seen sind auch nicht weit (z.B. Müggelsee, Dahme bzw. Langer See).
Die S-Bahn Station ist etwa 10 min zu Fuß oder mit der Tram entfernt, und hat die S-Bahn Linien S8, S85, S9, S45 & S46. Neukölln und Treptower Park sind in 20 min zu erreichen, und mit dem Fahrrad kann man auch ganz gut hin :)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreich in der Nähe: Edeka, dm, Norma und Netto, denn’s, Aldi, Lidl usw. Und falls ihr keine Lust habt, selbst zu kochen, gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Imbisse (und sogar HU Mensa) ganz in Fußnähe!
HU Adlershofer Campus (Psychologie, Chemie usw.) ist etwa 20 min zu Fuß entfernt und sehr schnell mit dem Tram zu erreichen. HTW Campus Wilheminenhof ist ca. 30 Minuten per Tram oder in 20 Minuten per Fahrrad entfernt.

The area is quite quiet, with little street noise. Nearby there is a small forest and nature park and a few beautiful lakes are also not far (eg Müggelsee, Dahme or Langer See).
The S-Bahn station is about 10 min walk or by Tram away, and has the S-Bahn lines S8 S85,, S9, S45 & S46. Neukölln and Treptower Park are 20 min away, and you can get there quite easily by bike :)
Shopping facilities are numerous in the vicinity: Edeka, dm, Norma and Netto, denn's, Aldi, Lidl, etc. And if you don't feel like cooking yourself, there are numerous restaurants and snack bars (and even HU Mensa) within walking distance!
HU Adlershof campus (psychology, chemistry, etc.) is about 20 min walk away and can be reached very quickly by streetcar. HTW Campus Wilheminenhof is about 30 minutes away by streetcar or in 20 minutes by bike.
Wir (L, 22, they/them und Khulud, 28, sie/ihr) arbeiten und studieren beide, sind oft unterwegs, aber auch gerne zuhause. Wir sind keine Party WG und mögen es eher ruhig. Wir haben gerne Besuch von Partner*nnen und Freund*innen, bräuchten aber beide ein Heads Up, wenn cis Männer zu Besuch kommen. Manchmal kann es chaotisch werden, aber Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns trotzdem wichtig, sowie ein linkspolitisches Grundverständnis. Wir beide werden in den nächsten Monaten ebenfalls nach neuen WGs Ausschau halten, wünschen uns aber bis dahin einen respektvollen und freundlichen Umgang miteinander. Da jede*r seinen eigenen Hauptmietvertrag haben wird, wird die WG trotzdem bestehen bleiben.
We (L, 22, they/them and Khulud, 28, she/her) both work and study, are often out and about, but also like to stay at home. We are not a party WG and like it rather quiet. We like to have visitors from partners and friends, but would both need a heads up when cis men come to visit. Sometimes it can get chaotic, but cleanliness and tidiness are still important to us, as well as a basic understanding of left-wing politics. Both of us will also look for new shared flats in the next few months, but until then we wish to treat each other with respect and friendliness. Since everyone will have their own main tenant contract, the WG will remain nonetheless.
