Das Zimmer liegt in Adlershof und ist ideal an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden (5min Fußweg zur SBahn Station Adlershof). Direkt nebenan ist der Technologiestandort Adlershof mit vielen Forschungsinstituten und des naturwissenschaftlichen Campuses der HU Berlin. Somit ist die Wohnung ideal für Studierende der HU oder Doktoranden/Berufstätige, welche dort zur Arbeit müssen. Direkt neben der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Lidl, Rewe, bio Märkte. Auch ein Mcfit Studio ist direkt nebenan. Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 Quadratmeter groß ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Möbiliar ist komplett vorhanden in Form eines Ikea Bettes mit zwei Schubläden, welches auch zu einem Doppelbett ausgezogen werden kann, einem großen Ikea Pax Schrank mit Inneneinrichtung, sowie einem Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl. Die Küche ist nagelneu und umfasst einen Induktionsherd. Auch das Bad ist groß und neu renoviert.

The room is located in Adlershof and is ideally connected to public transport (5min walk to Adlershof SBahn station). Right next door is the technology location Adlershof with many research institutes and the science campus of the HU Berlin. Thus, the apartment is ideal for students of the HU or doctoral students /professionals who have to work there. Directly next to the apartment are numerous shopping facilities such as Netto, Lidl, Rewe, bio markets. Also a Mcfit studio is right next door. The room is about 25 square meters large quiet and very cozy. Furniture is completely available in the form of an Ikea bed with two drawers, which can also be extended to a double bed, a large Ikea Pax wardrobe with interior, as well as a desk and office chair. The kitchen is brand new and includes an induction stove. The bathroom is also large and newly renovated.
Bisher sind in der WG zwei sehr nette Mitbewohnerinnen, welche an der HU studieren und an einem Forschungsinstitut promovieren. Es gibt einen Putzplan und es wird sehr auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit, und Ruhe geachtet.

Two very nice roommates, who study at the HU or doing their PhD at a research institute nearby are currently living in the WG. There is a cleaning schedule and there is a lot of attention paid to order, cleanliness, and quiet.
