The house has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, dining area, terrace, and basement. The total shared living space is approximately 60 m2.
Your private room is about12 m2 which is on the second floor. The room has a big window overlooking the backyard garden, receiving sunlight in the afternoon.
There is another room on the second floor that can be used as a guest room if needed.
My room is on the third floor and has a toilet but no shower. Unfortunately, for a couple of weeks we should share the shower on the second floor, until the shower on 3rd floor would be ready.
The house is a 7-minute walk to the S-Bahn and Organic food store, and 12 minutes to Edeka. It is located on a very quiet street and is very close to Humboldt University of Berlin-Adlershof and Kaufland.
Various ethnic grocery shops, restaurants, and bars are located within a reasonable walking distance, typically around 10 to 20 minutes.
I live alone in the house, but I have friends who might come over to stay for a couple of nights. You're welcome to have friends stay over as well.
I am an IT-Consultant and typically work from home, but I will be traveling frequently for work (usually 1 or 2 weeks per month)
I am an easygoing person, and I hope you are too!

Smoking is permitted on the terrace.
There is enough space in front of the house for bicycle parking.
The neighborhood is very safe and friendly.
