Ich habe kurzfristig ein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim in Adlershof abzugeben. Bitte nur melden, wenn Ihr Studis oder Azubis seid. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und mit allen Möbeln eingerichtet, es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsbereich, viel Aufenthaltsfläche und einen Fitnessraum. Das Zimmer sollte eigentlich ab dem 01.08. an mich vermietet werden, ich habe aber etwas anderes gefunden, kann aber einen Ersatz vorschlagen. Da ich wie gesagt noch nicht dort gewohnt habe, habe ich keine Fotos vom Zimmer, Ihr könnt Euch aber ausführlich unter dem Link die Zimmer anschauen, oder selbst vorbeifahren.

Mietpreis
Der Mietpreis bezieht sich auf eine Nutzfläche von 27 qm. Der Mietpreis setzt sich zusammen aus eigener Wohnfläche plus prozentualem Anteil an der Gemeinschaftsfläche. Im Mietpreis ist zudem die Nutzung des Innen- und Außenbereichs enthalten.

Eine WG in Adlershof hat 13 Bewohner*innen. Du hast dein eigenes Badezimmer, es gibt eine voll ausgestattete gemeinschaftliche Küche und einen gemeinsamen Wohnbereich.
I have a room for students or Azubis on short notice from 1st of August. The room is within an official Berlin student housing in Adlershof, opened in 2014, hence the room is quite modern and well furnished, there is a huge common area including a campus outside and a fitness room. I was supposed to move in there but found an alterantive, but the administration offered me the possibility to find someone else to move in. Since I didn't live there, I can't provide any pictures of the room but you can find a lot of pictures under the link below or just drive there and check it out yourself.

Adlershof ist ein eher ruhiger, aber sehr moderner Stadtteil im Berliner Südosten, geprägt von den verschiedenen Forschungseinrichtungen der HU. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf so braucht, in direkter Nähe, es gibt auch ein paar Spätis und Dönerläden. Auch wenn der Stadtteil nicht so zentral liegt, gibt es durch Uni und Studentendorf ein bisschen Campus-Atmosphäre, wie man sie wahrscheinlich sonst in Berlin nirgendwo findet. Wenn man vor allem andere Studis kennenlernen will und Bock auf WG-Parties hat, ist der Ort ideal. Wem mehr nach Feiern ist, kann direkt vor der Haustür in die Tram steigen oder mit dem Fahrrad (gute Radwege!) 5 Minuten zum S-Bahnhof Adlershof fahren, von dort aus ist man in 10 Minuten am Ring. Das Revier Südost (Technoclub) und ein paar Bars sind auch direkt mit der Tram zu erreichen.
Adlershof is a quiet but very modern area in Berlin's southeast, with a lot of research instutions by the Humboldt University. There is a mall very close-by where you can find anything you need for the daily life, as well as some Spätis and small restaurants (Döner, Subway etc.). It's not the most central area, but the university and the huge student village naturally come with a lot of students so you'll find a campus atmosphere like nowhere else in Berlin. If you like to get to know other students and enjoy WG-Parties, it's the place to be. If you're more into clubbing and bars, you can easily reach the Schöneweide Bars and Revier Südost within a few moments with the tram (stops directly in front of the village). The area is really bikefriendly so catch a bike and drive 5 minutes to S-Bahnhof Adlershof, which brings you to the Ring within 10 Minutes and from there anywhere else.
Das ganze Dorf fühlt sich wie ein Unicampus an, insofern kann man schnell Leute kennenlernen. Ansonsten kann ich zum WG-Leben nur aus Berichten der dortigen Bewohner sagen, dass die Leute alle sehr entspannt sind, und es gerne auch mal Parties gibt. Alle die ich dort getroffen habe, haben von sehr lebhaften und internationalen WGs berichtet.
The whole "village" feels like a university campus, so you can easily make friends there. I mostly rely on reports from people who I met there while visiting, but they all told me it's a very vivid lifestyle, sometimes parties and overall a very chilled place to live and study to.
