Es ist ein 18-Quadratmeter-Zimmer mit schöner Aufteilung in einer 4er WG. Der Schreibtisch inkl. Regal ist fest eingebaut und bleibt als einziges Möbelstück im Zimmer. Sonst ist das Zimmer bei Einzug unmöbliert.
Die WG ist über der Bar PTwo und liegt Mitten im Kiez vom schönen Adlershof. Alles, was man braucht, kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Zwei Tramhaltestellen sind fast direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die S-Bahn ist zu Fuß in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen und man braucht ca. eine halbe Stunde damit ins Zentrum.
Ein Edeka ist auch zu Fuß in knapp 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Unsere WG besteht aus Louiza (Studentin), Franz (Berufstätig), Chris (Student) und Cindy (Studentin). Cindy zieht zum 01.10. aus, weshalb wir einen neuen Mitbewohner*in suchen.
Wir sind eine entspannte WG und man kann sich hier seinen Freiraum nehmen, aber man kann auch mal was gemeinsam unternehmen.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt ein Jahr.
Da wir alle einen geregelten Tagesablauf haben, wäre es gut, wenn das bei Dir auch so wäre.
