Es handelt sich um internationale Mitbewohner, die für namhafte Unternehmen aus der IT-Branche tätig sind.
Die Wohnung ist mit der schnellsten verfügbaren Internetverbindung (1000 Mbit/s) ausgestattet, so dass Home-Office möglich ist.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.
