Ich biete ein Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem schöneren Neubau in Alt-Treptow.
Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß, die Wohnung aber großzügig mit einem einem großen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und großem Balkon. Aus dem angebotenen Zimmer ist ebenfalls ein Zugang auf den Balkon gegeben. Alle Fenster sind bodentief, die Wohnung dadurch hell und freundlich.
Es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung und Parkettboden in der ganzen Wohnung. Zwei Badezimmer, allerdings nur eins mit Dusche (in der Badewanne). Ansonsten ist die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet inklusive einer Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc.
Das Zimmer kann leer oder teil/möbliert gemietet werden. Es ist eine Grundausstattung an Möbeln vorhanden bzw. kann auch nach Bedarf ausgewählt werden. Die genauen Daten zum Ein- und Auszug sind verhandelbar.

Hello.
I'm offering one 14 square meter room in a big (93 sqm) sunny flat with a big balcony. The house is fully equipped and the room can be rented empty or furnished – whatever works best for you.
The apartment is in a recently built house and has floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors and infloor heating, two bathrooms – one of which has a bathtub (with the only shower). The exact dates for start and end of the lease are somewhat negotiable.
Alt-Treptow liegt etwas versteckt und ruhig, trotzdem nicht weit von Kreuzberg und Neukölln. Zur Reichenberger, Wrangel und Weserstr sind es zu Fuß jeweils nur 5-10 min. Man ist ebenso schnell am Landwehrkanal, bzw in 3 Min am Drei-Länder-Eck / Lohmühlenbrücke.
Wenn man doch einmal weg möchte, am besten mit dem Fahrrad oder sonst Bus, bzw. Ringbahn ab Treptower Park (ca. 15-20 Min zu Fuß entfernt oder auch Bus).

Alt-Treptow is a quiet residential area that is nevertheless close to some more interesting neighbourhoods of Kreuzberg and Neukölln (Wrangel Kiez, Reichenberger Kiez oder Weserstraße) within 5-10 mins walking distance. There's also easy access to the canal (Landwehrkanal) and Treptower Park as well as public transport (mainly Busses or walking 20 mins to the Ringbahn)
Ich bin berufstätig und daher in der Regel unter der Woche tagsüber aus dem Haus. Abends bin ich auch oft beim Sport oder anderweitig unterwegs – sonst koche ich gerne und würde mich freuen, das ab und zu auch zusammen zu tun. Aber alles entspannt und ohne Zwang.
Zu Hause ist die Küche – bis auf das Katzenfutter – vegetarisch, ohne das sehr genau zu nehmen.

I'm working usually full time, so I'm out of the house during the week. In the evenings I'll also be out on regular basis but when I'm home I'm an enthusiastic cook and would be happy to share meals whenever it works for everybody.
At home food is mainly vegetarian – without being very strict about that.

Es wohnen zur Zeit noch zwei Katzen mit in der Wohnung. Die Versorgung ist zwar nicht deine Aufgabe, allerdings solltest du unbedingt damit ok sein, dass die beiden auch hier wohnen. Das beinhaltet auch eine gewisse Toleranz für das Chaos das dadurch herrscht und die Katzenklos etc (diese stehen in einem der Bäder).
Im besten Falle kennst du dich sogar mit Katzen etwas aus.

At the moment there are two cats living here as well. Taking care of them will not be your task but it would be necessary that you feel comfortable with cats around and can tolerate a certain chaos they create.
