Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Es geht zur Straße, wo es aber sehr ruhig ist und man ins Grüne blickt (auf den begrünten ehemaligen Bahnweg vom Görlitzer Bahnhof/Park). Das Zimmer ist mit einem breiten Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kommode möbliert.
Ansonsten gibt es eine Küche mit Tisch, Stuhl und Einbauküche und ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne.
Leider gibt es derzeit noch keine Waschmaschine (aber einen Waschsalon auf dem Weg zur S-Bahn) und noch kein WLAN (das müsstest du auf deinem Handy mitbringen oder einen Stick kaufen).
The room is 20sqm and has a small balcony. It faces the street, but is nevertheless very quiet and from the windows you only see the trees of the park. The room is furnished with a wide bed, a desk and a chair and a cupboard. There's a kitchen with a fridge, stove, table and chair and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Unfortunately there is no washing machine yet (but a cleaner on the way to the S-Bahn) and no WIFI (you would need to bring that on your phone or buy a stick).
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit Blick auf einen Parkweg und Bäume. Alt-Treptow ist ruhig, grün und doch mit vielen tollen Ausgehmöglichkeiten, schönen Cafés und Restaurants. 3 Minuten vom Haus gibt es einen Netto und auch einen LPG-Bioladen mit nettem Mittagsangebot.
Görlitzer Park und Treptower Park sind beide ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, direkt vor dem Hauseingang beginnt ein Parkweg, auf dem man dorthin spazieren oder joggen kann. Die nächste Bus-Station ist 5 Minuten, die nächste S-Bahn-Station (Treptower Park) ist 13 Minuten entfernt. Nach Kreuzberg (Görlitzer Park und Wrangelkiez) und Neukölln (Weserkiez) läuft man jeweils 10 Minuten.
The apartment is situated in a quiet street, facing a park road and trees. Alt-Treptow is a calm and green neighbourhood with nice cafes, restaurants and little shops. 2 minutes from the house you can find a supermarket and an organic supermarket. Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park are both in 10 minutes walking distance, directly in front of the house there is a park road leading to Görlitzer Park. The next bus station is 5 min away, the next S-Bahn station, S Treptower Park, is 13 minutes by foot. You can get to Kreuzberg (Görlitzer Park, Wrangelkiez) and Neukölln (Weserkiez) by walking in 10 minutes.
So viel WG-Leben gibt's noch nicht. Du/ihr wärt allein in der Wohnung. Ich ziehe bald in die Wohnung um und plane gerade meinen Umzug. Für die Zwischenzeit suche ich eine zuverlässige und rücksichtsvolle Person, auch ein Pärchen wäre möglich (es gibt ein breites Bett).
There is not much WG life yet. I am planning to move into the apartment, but for the meantime you would be alone. I am looking for a reliable, considerate person. A couple would be possible as well (there is one wide bed).
Eventuell ist die Vermietung auch länger möglich, die Daten sind flexibel.
