Gegenüber der Wohnbaueingangstür, steht eine der Eingänge am Einkaufszentrum Park Center mit Geschäften von allen den wichtigsten Ladenketten (z.B. Rossmann, Deichmann, MC Geiz usw.).
Das Gebiet ist von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut gedient: nur wenige Minuten braucht man die Haltestellen der Buslinien 104, 167, 194 und N94 und nicht mehr als 3 Minuten die Tretpower Park S-Bahn Station zu erreichen. In einer bisschen längeren Zeit (ungefähr 6 Minuten) sind auch die Buslinie 165 und 265 in der Nähe.
The building is situated in the northern part of Alt-Treptow and it is very close to Treptower Park and Elsenbrücke.
Just crossing the street from the main door of the building one of the entrances to the Park Center shopping centre with shops from all the major chains (e.g. Rossmann, Deichmann, MC Geiz and so on) can be found .
The area is well served by the public transportation system: it takes just a few minutes to reach the bus stop for the lines 104, 167, 194 and N94 and in a bit more than 3 minutes the Treptower Park S-Bahn station can be reached too. With a little longer walk (about 6 minutes) also the bus stops for lines 165 and 265 are near.
