Im Haus wohnen Künstler*innen, Kreative, eigentlich ein netter, bunter Haufen. Es gibt viele kleine spannende Projekte, Ateliers, Arbeitsräume, Co-Working-Space, Sauna und einen lebendigen Innenhof mit Garten und eigener Taverne. Aus unserer 230 m2 großen Dachseite wohnen mit dir nur 3 weitere Leute (und ein süßes Baby), es ist also viel Platz und Ruhe zum Zurückziehen.
Dein Zimmer und ist lichtdurchflutet. Darin ist auch viel Platz für künstlerisches Gestalten oder sonstige Arbeiten. Dazu kommt eine riesige Gemeinschaftsfläche mit offener Küche und Wohn/Ess-Bereich. Und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist für eine Person vorgesehen, keine Paare.
Für Naturfans: Der Treptower Park samt Plänterwald ist direkt vor der Haustür
Für Stadtfans: Einkaufmöglichkeiten, S-Bahnstation, Bars und Kneipen nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Es ist auch möglich, das Zimmer für einen kürzeren Zeitraum zu mieten, mindestens aber 2 Monate.

Large room with window to the sky in a converted factory loft with a private elevator leading directly into the apartment. Artists, creative people live in the house, actually a nice, colorful bunch. There are many small exciting projects, studios, work rooms, co-working space, sauna and a lively inner courtyard with a garden and its own tavern. Only 3 other people (and a Baby) live with you from our 230 m2 roof side, so there is plenty of space and peace to withdraw.
Your room is flooded with light. There is also plenty of space for artistic design or other work. There is also a huge communal area with an open kitchen and living/dining area. And a bathroom with a bathtub. The room is only for one Person, no Couples.
For nature fans: The Treptower Park including Plänterwald is right on the doorstep
For city fans: shops, S-Bahn station, bars and pubs just a few minutes' walk away.
It is also possible to rent the room for a shorter period, but at least 2 months.
