Your room mate:
Christoph, 44, originally from Vienna. Married, has a 6 year old
daughter. His wife and kid are going to work and live for about 3 months in Colombia, so he’s looking for 1 or 2 tidy, nice and reliable roommates during these months. He has a lot of traveling and flatshare experience (Vienna, Berlin, Barcelona, Bogotá) and speaks fluent English, a bit Spanish and a weird version of German (with a strong Austrian accent) :-) Christoph is more the early bird type of person and leaves mostly very early in the morning. He loves to cook (and learn new recipes from all over the world), drink wine and of course COFFEE (= he’s from Vienna, please always remember).
Ideal roommates we're looking for:
As the room has basically 3 sleeping options (2 mattresses on the loft bed and one on the sofa bed) there are plenty of opportunities:
→ 1 person or
→ a couple or
→ a parent with a kid or
→ 2 friends (one sleeps in the loft bed, the other on the sofa bed) Important are communication, reliability and tidiness. We expect the person to be respectful, keep the room clean and also clean after themselves after cooking or taking a shower.
If you love cooking, traveling and sharing stories, perfect. If you are only searching a quiet place to work or study - also fine if you check all other boxes.
Apartment rules:
It’s a strictly non-smoking apartment (also not on the balcony - you can smoke in the back corner of the inner courtyard though but take your cigarette disposal with you afterwards). No drugs. No pets. No party.
