A fully furnished room in a 5 room apartment is available for Sublet from 1 September - 1 October! I will be travelling during this time so my room is available for occupying. The room is furnished with a bed, cupboard, working desk, chair, mattresses. The room also has a huge private bacony! The common area in the apartment is furnished with dishwasher, kitchen appliances, 2 washrooms. The apartment building also has dedicated washing machine room and community room to work from home on the weekdays, and having a nice fun time over the weekends! The apartment has lovely neighbours from different countries and extremely helpful and fun-loving lot who will make your stay here memorable for sure!

The apartment is located in Wedding with U-Rehberge and U Seestrasse (U6) within 5mins of walking. Bus 120 for Hauptbahnof leaves right across the street from the building every 10mins. Additonally, Tram for Prenzlauerberg is 5mins walking distance away as well. There is Kaufland , EDEKA, Aldi on the opposite side of the street.
We have multiple Spatkauf around the building, DM, and various Turkish and Vietnamese shops and restaurants, most of which sell delicious doners till late night in case you need a quick cheap snack.
This is a super ideal location!
There are no restrictions on of the apartment. We are a queer-friendly apartment as well as building who have people who are both students as well as working professionals living in the apartment as well as in the building between ages 19-40 so you will definitely meet people of your liking here. The apartment has tenants from various places (Munich, France, Colombia, Egypt) and myself (from India) but I will be travelling around this time. We are looking for someone who keeps a clean place and gets along well. We do have parties in the community room from time to time to celebrate birthdays and events between neighbours, and if you're a party kind, you are always welcome to join. If you are not the social butterfly, that's fine too, we like to respect everyone's privacy and choices here.
