My former room is available for long term rental in a 165kvm renovated apartment in Baumschulenweg.
Warm Rent:
Includes everything and is 611 euro per month, and the deposit is 1200 euro to be paid the day of the handover.
The room is 26 square meters with two large windows, high ceilings, hardwood flooring.

Due to the greenery, the location is great if you are a jogger or would like to become one.
Is mainly English speaking, but open to learning more german.
You'll live with two roommates: Sivert Spjøtvold (NORWEGIAN) and Menachem Katz (AMERICAN).
You'll share an equipped kitchen, a large living room, entree with a hammock and sofa, and a toilet that includes a shower and a bath.
We all stay pretty busy so you can be as social as you wish, and dinners together are always welcome.
You are very welcome to register at the Burgeramt and will have your name officially on the mailbox.
