My cozy room in our 2-room flat in Baumschulenweg will be available for 6 months starting from March 5th-September 1st. I have a double bed, a clothing rack, and a couch and I'll try to leave as much space as I can for your stuff. We have pretty limited space in our flat and in storage so the less you come with, the better. Our flat has all the basics, internet, a nice kitchen, balcony, bathroom, washing machine, microwave
It's a 1-minute walk to the M41 bus, and 10 min walk to S Bahn Baumschulenweg. The area is extremely quiet and relaxing (basically zero street noise), with all the essentials just down the street on Baumschulenstr. (3 Spätis, Edeka, Lidl, DM, Rossmann, Reformhaus, Sparkasse and lots of cute flower shops).
We're also a 15-minute walk to Planterwald, which is a really nice spot to walk around in all year long.
This is a non-smoking flat, but the occasional cigarette on the balcony is fine.
I live with 1 flatmate - her name is Clara (24), vegetarian and she's the sweetest. We keep things pretty clean around here, so if you're just a naturally neat/clean person that would be great. She works during the week and loves to sing and play guitar in the evenings (she has the voice of an angel and won't play in the middle of the night). She gets up for work pretty early in the morning, so it's important that we keep the noise level down in the evening (our flat is an alt-bau, so sound travels VERY easily here). Ideally, I'd like to have someone staying here who pretty relaxed and likes to spend their evenings winding down and relaxing too :)
I have 10 plants that I've somehow managed to keep alive for the last year or so, including a tree-like thing I've had for 4 years, so I'd really love someone who's willing to try and keep them alive too. If you're a plant lover that would be a huge plus!
