Hallo zusammen,
ich hätte eine gemütliche Wohnung mit sonnigem Balkon im grünen Treptow direkt am Teltow-Kanal anzubieten.
Allerdings kann ich nur bedingt eine Nicht-Zweck-WG anbieten. ;) Wohne selbst in Stuttgart und bin nur zuweilen (2-3x im Jahr) in Berlin.
Zur Wohnung:
3 Zimmer, wovon 1 mit ca. 15qm zu vermieten
1 Wohnzimmer
1 Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit
1 Badezimmer
Bad und Küche sind voll ausgestattet
Falls du Interesse hast, meld dich gern zeitnah. Ich bin zufällig (bis ca. 30.05.) im Ländle und könnte dir die Wohnung zeigen.
Achso, ich habe eine Hündin, die wenn gemeinsam mit mir in Berlin verweilt.

Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ihre zentrale dennoch überaus grüne und ruhige Lage aus.
Sie befindet sich in der 2. Reihe vom Teltow-Kanal. Wer also gern joggt oder Rad fährt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
Zur S-Bahn sind es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß, Bus 3 min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es eine jede Menge (Lidl 2min, Edeka 3min, DM 4min etc.).
Zum Technologiepark nach Adlershof sind es (sowohl mit ÖPNV als auch mit dem Rad) ca. 12 Minuten.
Eine WG gibt es nur, wenn ich selbst in Berlin bin. Es sei denn, wir vermieten dass 3. Zimmer auch noch. Das steht dir frei, ob du eher eine Wohnung für dich allein oder eine richtige WG suchst. Ich bin für beides offen.
Fotos werden später noch hinzugefügt. Die Wohung ist aktuell nur teilmöbliert. Ich kann das zu vermietende Zimmer gern auch einrichten.
