Hallo Leute,
ich hätte ein relativ spartanisch eingerichtetes WG-Zimmer für 1-3 Wochen anzubieten. (Kann auch wöchentlich je nach Mietdauer für 180 - 200,- gemietet werden). (ca. 23 m2, Altbau, 3. OG, 140 m2)
Die Wohnung besteht aus 5 Zimmern wovon aktuell 2 leer stehen und sie befindet sich 3 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Baumschulenweg entfernt. Aktuell wohnen hier 3 Leute Marie, Majdi und ich. (Alter 30 - 37)
In direkter Umgebung gibt es einen Edeka bis 0 Uhr geöffnet ein Lidl und Spätis und Döner-Imbiss und vieles mehr.
Achso es lebt hier noch eine sehr liebe Katze.
Leider kann ich das Zimmer nur kurzfristig anbieten und es könnte je nach Bedarf zwischen 1-3 Wochen gemietet werden.
Die Einrichtung wäre ein Doppelbett, Sofa, Tisch mit Stühlen aber allgemein eher spartanisch.
