Die Wohnung ist eine sanierte Alt-Berliner-Stuckwohnung, besonders das neu gemachte Bad sticht heraus. Das Zimmer liegt im zweiten Stock und bekommt viel Tageslicht ab. Da es etwas kleiner ist als die anderen beiden Zimmer, würde dem/der zukünftigen Mitbewohner/in der große Platz im Flur zustehen, wo ein riesiger Schrank oder mehrere Regale hinpassen.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des Bezirks Berlin-Mitte und man erreicht in unter 5 Minuten den ÖPNV zu Fuß. Zur Humboldt-Universität bzw. zum Zentrum sind es mit der Bahn ca. 20 Minuten. Allgemein ist die Gegend ruhig und entspannt, man ist aber durch die zentrale Lage nicht weit vom Partyleben entfernt, wenn man es möchte.
Wir sind beide Studentinnen und beginnen jetzt unseren Bachelor an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Lea studiert Biophysik und ich studiere Psychologie. Wir sind sehr offene, kontaktfreudige Menschen, die ein oder andere WG-Party könnte es also geben.
Ansonsten entspannen wir aber gern. Wir sind beide interessiert an Kunst, Kultur und Politik. Lea kocht gern, malt oder fährt Motorcross. Ich spiele gern Gitarre und singe oder mache Sport.
Wir brauchen vor allem SCHNELL jemanden, der einziehen würde. Montag wollen wir den Mietvertrag unterschreiben und bis dahin hätten wir gern eine sichere Zusage von dir. Bezugsfrei ist die Wohnung ab 20.10.21.
