Question 1.: NO ANMELDUNG: the price is comparably low for such a location. 2. the contract is very rudimentary, but the landlord can be trusted to keep his word, he is interested in reliable rent and long-term rent (525€). 3. The room has a bed, a desk, a chair, a second table, a spacious balcony with sun during noon and the afternoon, the only problem is, that you will have limited storage space as the landlord left a lot of his stuff in sealed cupboards. 4. standard documents - there is another student living in the flat (German, very polite and well educated), so it should not be a problem if you dont make 5 figures. 5.1st of august would be the preferred date as I will be moving out until the end of July. 6. Fotos, yes, viewing yes. 7. No TV - Tax. Code word for whatsapp: Weltgeist - if you have not read this whole set and cannot say Weltgeist, I will not consider you.
