Hallo zusammen,
ich vermiete 1 Zimmer in meiner Wohnung bis zum 01.01.24
Die Lage ist sehr gut, genau an der Grenze von Mitte und Kreuzberg.
Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, außerdem gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.
Ich wünsche mir keine reine Zweck WG und würde mich freuen, wenn wir zum Beispiel mal zusammen kochen.
Natürlich wünsche ich mir auch, dass wir gegenseitig Rücksicht nehmen und eine offene Kommunikation haben.
Die Miete beträgt 450€ im Monat warm mit Internet.
