Hey!
I'm moving out so my flatmate (Julia, innovation psychologist, interior designer in a passed life) is looking for a new flatmate.
You‘d get to live in my furnished room (140cm bed, desk, chair, clothing rack) with your own balcony. In case you want to bring your own furniture, I could also move my furniture (I’ll upload more pictures later today). We also have a blanket and pillow but you‘d have to bring your own bed sheets and towles. Overall the flat has 70sqm and 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, a home office/ living room, 2 balconies). Julia is working in the living room from monday till friday but we used to share it on the weekends. The flat is on the 6th floor, super bright and fully equipped with everything you need + high speed Internet.
Our WG life consisted of various balcony brunches with friends and regular catch ups in the kitchen. Julia‘s looking for someone easygoing who can value the space.
Our contract got terminated so the room is only available till the end of october, possibly till the end of november. The rent is 550€/month including all necessities.
