I'm looking for a commuter/subletter for my studio space in a beautiful altbau apartment in Kreuzberg, between Görlitzer Park and the Landwehr Kanal, from September 1st.
The room is roughly 20sqm big, has tall ceilings, a big window, and is furnished with a desk, a double bed, and a few mostly empty shelves. I've used it as a writing studio, not living. It's part of a 2-bedroom apartment, and there's a composer (working on soundscapes reminiscent of film music - not too loud and there's no beat etc., but might be distracting for some) in the other room most weekdays from 9-18. There's also a big and reasonably equipped kitchen and a small bathroom.
As I'll be traveling a lot the coming year I'm looking for someone who'd like to rent the room part time - it could either be a commuter looking for a place for 2-4 nights per week (no anmeldung), someone interested in sharing the room as a workspace (we could split it based on weekdays, times of day, or agree on each having two weeks a month there). The price will be dependent on how we split the use of the room, but it'd range from 350-550€.
