Hello,
my Name is Dennis, I`m 27 years old and I recently moved to this 3 Room flat in Charlottenburg. I am looking forward to open a WG, because otherwise the rent would be too high. On the first of September there is a girl moving in, Lucie (25) and we would be glad to get to know you.
I work from home, so I will spend my daytime at home most of the time. After work I usually go to my studio to do music or go out to make sport.
Lucie works nearby home, so she is out most of the day.
The flat is located very near from Kufürtsendamm, which is a very big street in Berlin. In this Area you will find almost anything you need. You have cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
It is good connected to other areas, you can get from Savingyplatz to almost everywhere in short time.
It is very important to say, that this collective (WG) is the opposite of a party WG. There are a lot of families living in this building. Mainly on the floor below, there is a family with a small child and you can hear everytime he wakes up.
So regarding this, I would like to choose people who are comfortable with keeping the noise to a minimum. So please no loud music or hanging with friends until late evening in the flat. This has to be done outside.
Pictures will be updated shortly, I am still freshly in the flat and trying to arrange all the furniture, so the flat will be completely furnished.
