Hey liebe*r zukünftige*r Mitbewohner*in, erstmal ein paar Infos zu deinem Zimmer. Es ist ca. 26 m^2 groß und hat sehr große Fenster, weshalb es meistens sehr hell ist. In der WG gibt es außerdem eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und zwei Bäder und 5 weitere Schlafzimmer. Besonders schön finde ich das Wohnzimmer, welches mit 36 m^2 genügend Platz für alle bietet.
Besonderheiten des Zimmers:
Dein Zimmer ist nur durch eine Schiebetür von einem anderen Schlafzimmer getrennt. Vor der Schiebetür steht ein großer Schrank, daher kann man nicht hindurchschauen. Die Schallisolierung ist aber nicht so stark. Noch stehen ein paar Möbel (wie auf den Bilder, aber mit weniger Tischen) in deinem Zimmer von einer Vormieterin. Sie würde sich freuen wenn sie noch etwas bei dir stehen darf, aber hohlt auch alles ab, wenn dir das lieber ist.

Hello new flatmate. Your room is about 26 m^2 big and has a large window. Besides your room there is a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms and 5 more bedrooms. We especially like the living room. It is 36 m^2 big so there is always enough room for everyone.
Special things about your room:
Your room is only separated through a sliding door from another bedroom. Infront of the sliding door is a big wardrobe. So there is no way one can see from one room to the other. However the sound isolation is not so good. The person who is moving out still has some furniture in your room, she would be happy if she could keep it there a bid longer but will of cause move everything out if you want to.
Die Wohnung ist in Spandau gelegen, aber super angebunden. Zur S-Bahn (S Stresow) braucht man gemütlich nur 2 Minuten. Sie fährt alle 10 Minuten nach und durch Berlin. So ist man in 25 Minuten am Zoologischen Garten, in 35 Minuten an der TU Berlin und in gut 35 Minuten am Alex.
In 8 Minuten kann man zum Bahnhof Spandau laufen, wo eine Regionalbahn fährt und dort beginnt die Altstadt Spandaus.

The flat is located in Spandau. Therefore it is not that central. However the public transport is very near. You only have to walk 2 minutes to the train station (S Stresow) which takes you to the center of Berlin every 10 minutes. Therefore you can reach the Zoologischer Garten in 25 Minutes, the TU Berlin in 30 minutes and the Alexanderplatz in 35 Minutes.
Die WG ist ist aus einer Freundesgruppe entstanden, dementsprechend ist das hier auch keine Zweck WG, sondern wir verbringen auch mal gerne Abends zeit miteinander. Wir hoffen dich auch in unseren Freundeskreis aufnehmen zu können. Beispielsweise essen wir abends eigentlich immer zusammen. Dafür hat jede Person einen Tag in der Woche an dem Sie fürs Kochen verantwortlich ist. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn du daran auch teilhaben würdest. Dafür haben wir eine WG Kasse, in die jeder jede Woche 30 € zahlt und von der aus alle Nahrungsmittel bezahlt werden. Von uns 5 leben 4 vegan. Daher muss es zum Abendessen immer zumindest eine vegane Option geben. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn du auch Vegan lebst.
Die meisten von uns haben sich in der Uni kennengerlernt. Daher studieren die meisten. Wir sind Emilia (19, Studiert soziale Arbeit), Roman (26, studiert Jura), Johannes (25, Informatik), Lilli (20, Pädagogik), Klaudi (24 arbeitet in einer Sprachschule). Wir sind alle sehr entspannt und uns ist ein harmonisches Miteinander wichtig. Wir verbringen unsere gemeinsame Zeit eher gemütlich im Wohnzimmer als im Club, beziehungsweise sind manche auch häufiger auf Demos anzutreffen.

The origin of this flat was that we wanted to move in together as a group of friends. Therefore we don´t just share a flat together to save rent, but rather to spend some quality time together. As an example every person has a day of the week when she has to cook for everyone. In our flat live 2 vegans and 2 vegetarians. Therefore the prepared food will be mostly vegetarian/ vegan and when it is your turn to cook you have to cook something that can be eaten vegan. We would be very happy if you also are vegetarian or vegan.
At the beginning of every week everyone puts 30€ in a pot and all the food in the flat is paid from that money.
We consist of Johannes (computer science student 26), Roman (law student 26), Lili (pedagogy student 20), Emilia (19, social work) and Klaudi (works at a language school, 24) . I would describe us as relatively calm most of us meet up more often to just hang out than to go to a club.
