I'm leaving Berlin and need someone to take over my contract. The room is a bit over 20m2. I can give all my furniture for free if needed, if not I can also get rid of it myself. What I love most about the room is that there are no buildings in front of it and it gives a nice and natural view.
You'd be living with one German guy and one Italian guy, both are very chill people and working full time. In the apartment, there is a shared kitchen, 2 toilets with one also having a shower.
The location is very convenient, you'll be a 2 minute walk from Bellvue station, you can catch a train and head to Ostkreuz in about 25 minutes. There is also Hanzaplatz that is only a minute walk and has the U9. The best part of the location in my opinion is it's proximity to Tiergarten. Turmstrasse is only a 5 minute walk and is always a fun time.
Rent is 435 and that includes bills and internet. Anmeldung is possible and Deposit is a month's rent. You can visit the flat from the 9th of January.
