We offer a 10 square meter fully furnished room (bed, wardrobe, mirror) with a private bathroom (shower and toilet). The window faces the courtyard.
The room is above a bar, so you can hear the music on Fridays and Saturdays. Not suited for light sleepers.
There is a cleaning person going twice a month, this is included in the total price.
The aparment is located in one of the most lively areas of Friedrichshain, Boxhagener platz. There is lots of coffee places, restaurants, bars and little shops. Not to mention one of the best flea markets of the city on the weekends.
The closest Ubhan station is Samariterstraße just 5-7 min walk. We are 12 min away from Sbhan Ostkreuz, which has a great connection to the airport. A bit further you can find Sbhan Warschauer straße, around 15 min walk.
I (Caro, 32 ) am from Chile and I am travelling until March 22nd (2024).
A girl was staying in my room while I was away but she found an long term rental and moved out, so I am lookign for someone to replace her until I am back.
The other girl living in the aparment is Niahm (25) from Ireland, who is there also temporarily. Our WG style is very chill, we don't spend much time at the apartment, but we try to have WG dinners once a month.
We are looking for someone clean and organised, that needs a short term rental in Berlin.
Since this is only a temporary rent, we are unable to offer Anmeldung!
