🟨 Ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Regendusche, Haartrockner und Schränken, das Komfort und Privatsphäre in einem gemeinsamen Umfeld bietet.
Küche und Badezimmer werden gemeinsam mit Mara genutzt, die ihren eigenen separaten Wohnbereich und Eingang hat.
Zusätzlich steht ein Garten zur Verfügung, der mit anderen Bewohnern des Hauses geteilt wird.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und nur eine Minute zu Fuß von den U-Bahnlinien U7 und U8 (U Hermannplatz) sowie den Bussen zum Flughafen Schönefeld und zum Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Bars/Restaurants
Die Gegend ist beliebt für Essen und Unterhaltung, mit vielen internationalen Bewohnern sowie Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und unabhängigen Kinos. Auch die Konzerthalle Neue Welt ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Einkaufen
Geschäfte wie Aldi, Edeka, DM sind gleich um die Ecke, und die Einkaufspassagen in Neukölln sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wenn du Vintage-Shopping liebst, gibt es hier auch viel zu entdecken.
Outdoor
Das Maybachufer und das Tempelhofer Feld liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe, und der Park Hasenheide befindet sich direkt hinter dem Gebäude.

The apartment is super central and only a one minute walk to the U7 and U8 (U Hermannplatz) subway lines and buses to Schönefeld Airport and the main train station.
Bars/Restaurants
The area is popular for dining and entertainment, with many international residents and restaurants, bars, and cafes and independent movie theaters. The Neue Welt concert hall is also just across the street.
Shopping
Shops like Aldi, Edeka, DM are right around the corner and the shopping arcades in Neukölln are within a 10-minute walk. Also if you love vintage shopping, there is plenty around.
Outdoor
The Maybachufer and Tempelhofer Feld are close by, and the Hasenheide park is directly behind the building.
Mara ist im Februar bei uns eingezogen. Sie ist 28 Jahre alt, arbeitet in der Neurologie und sieht die Wohnung als einen Ort zum Entspannen und Aufladen. :)
Wir suchen einen zuverlässigen und pflanzenliebenden Mieter, der sich gut um unsere geliebte Wohnung kümmert. Bitte stell dich vor und erzähl uns mehr darüber, wer du bist und was du in Berlin machen wirst. :)
