I'm excited to offer my spacious, sun-filled room for rent from April 4th to May 12th. Located in Kreuzkoelln near Weserkiez, Graefekiez, Hermannplatz, Maybachufer, and Kottbusser Tor, it's a vibrant area with plenty to explore.
You'll be sharing the space with three fantastic women in their late twenties to early thirties. We're a close-knit group who value mutual respect and friendship. N. brings a spark of sass and a passion for yoga, while V. is your go-to for discovering the best food spots in Berlin. And if you catch M. in the hallway, expect a delightful chat – she's into music and has recently taken up DJing (because every Berlin flatshare needs one!).
Our home is a peaceful haven; we're all working professionals and prefer to keep the partying outside. We're seeking a friendly FLINTA individual who is either working or studying. Since welcoming a new housemate can be an adjustment, we appreciate someone who's willing to pitch in with cleaning duties. Maintaining a tidy space and taking out the trash when needed is crucial for harmony – we believe in fair distribution of chores, though we're not obsessed with perfection.
