huhu! A temporary room in our lovely 4-people WG in Wedding will be free from mid April for about a month (end date alternatively also possible until 31.5.) ❤️🔥
The room is around 11m² and the costs are 463€ per month, all included. It comes with furniture and plants--ideally I am looking for someone that could water my plants while I am gone. :-)
About location: next to Nettelbeckplatz, very well connected (Ringbahn, S-Humbolthain, U6, various bus stops- all very close by). You'll find supermarket Netto and Edeka just a few minutes away. There is a park right next to the end of the building's street as well as the Humboldthain park in walkable distance for your future chill-out moments!
People living in the WG: Barto, Lola, Una🦋🦋. The WG is queer, leftist, sex-positive, pro-sustainability and cozy! We organize ourself collectively and try to support each other. We would love to have people who enjoy spending time with each other, live collectively (sharing food & care work) and up for some political discussions - from brunches and dinners, to random late night talks and whatever you feel comfortable with 💝 We are looking for someone who feels comfortable living in a queer WG and is respectful and tolerant towards gender diversity.
The Wg has one large bathroom and one smaller one and a newly renovated kitchen where we often cook together.
