Das WG-Zimmer ist ca. 15-16m² groß. Und hat eine schöne Sicht auf den grünen Voderhof.
- Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 3-5min (zu Fuß) zur U-Bahn Station "Karl-Bonhoeffer-Nervenklinik" (U8) in ca. 20min ist man bspw. am Alexanderplatz.
- ca. 5-10min (zu Fuß) zur S-Bahn Station "Karl-Bonhoeffer-Nervenklinik" (S25) auch hier ist die Anbindung super! Die S-Bahn fährt im 20min-Takt.
- Mit dem Bus X21/M21 (alle 10min) erreicht man den Kurt-Schumacher-Platz in ca. 10min (auch mit dem Fahrrad) von da fährt die (U6). Hier ist man bspw. in 20-25min an der Friedrichstraße.
Das WG-Leben war bis jetzt immer sehr entspannt. Ich bin Antonina, 25 Jahre alt und mache gerade meinen Master an der FU-Berlin. Ich würde mich über eine lustige, zuverlässige und halbwegs- ordentliche Mitbewohnerin freuen. Ich spreche fließend Deutsch und Italienisch und ein bisschen Spanisch. In meiner Freizeit, bin ich gerne mit Freunden unterwegs oder gehe zum Sport.
Da ich in nächster Zeit höchstwahrscheinlich meine Master-Arbeit schreiben werde, würde ich mich freuen, wenn DU erstmal etwas "langfristigeres" suchst.
Möbel können übernommen werden nach Absprache mit Gaia.
